TikTok phenomenon Quest Gulliford, a cancer survivor with a large tattoo collection, is causing a stir with his viral video that shows off not just his full body tattooing but also his boldly dyed eyeballs in an astounding display of individuality.
When Gulliford first started getting facial tattoos at the age of 18, his mother disapproved, he revealed in a 2019 interview with Inked. Although she finally came around to smaller face tattoos, her concerns were sparked by the ink spreading onto a larger canvas, which led to interventions at tattoo parlors to try and discourage artists from doing larger face tattoos.
